KeaStay was born in Queenstown, New Zealand in 2024. Our founders were managing a portfolio of short-term rentals and spending more time on admin than on creating great guest experiences.
They saw an opportunity: use AI and smart automation to handle the repetitive tasks that eat up a property manager's day — from answering the same guest questions to adjusting prices for peak season.
Today, KeaStay powers thousands of properties across New Zealand and Australia. Our mission remains the same: give every property manager the tools to run their business effortlessly.
